ORTANA PLUS

The gently weathered look of Ortana Plus adds dramatic distinction to your landscape

Adding to the dynamic textures of Ortana, Ortana Plus has a naturally weathered appearance in a wall that is easily manoeuvred to suit any design. Ortana Plus has a rear tongue removal feature for vertical walls, and all corner units create a consistent rock face look. Ortana Plus can be easily converted to create a double-sided wall for seatwalls, driveway borders and more.

Any walls exceeding the recommended building heights will require engineering, please contact Oaks sales representative

Ortana Steps

 
1. Create steps with the Standard units. (Extended units optional)
2. Step riser is 150mm (6”); tread is 300mm (11.81”).
3. Distribute cut pieces evenly across width of each step.
4. More steps could be added (using the same pattern) by
increasing dimensions at the bottom in both directions.
5. Backfill with compacted aggregate as each course is added.
6. Adhere each Coping unit to previous layer using concrete adhesive.
7. It may be necessary to remove a portion of each unit’s tongue to overlap properly at corner locations.
8. Create step tread using either 1’ or 2’ Coping unit.
9. Handrails may be required for certain style steps.
