OAKS LOYALTY PROGRAM

For Dealers:

• Our goal is to reward existing customers for their loyalty to Oaks
• Grow Oaks Sales
• Encourage contractors to use Oaks Products
• Based on levels attained
• Products Sales Only (excluding pallets & taxes)
• All accounts must be in good standing to participate
• Annual purchases will be allowed to carry over for 3 years to maximize prize offering.

For Contractors:

• Contractors purchasing Oaks products directly or through a dealer.
• Annual purchases will be allowed to carry over for 3 years to maximize prize offering.
• Contractor will be entitled to .0075% of his annual purchases from Oaks dealer on Oaks products to be applied towards the Loyalty Program.

Program Details:

• Customers increasing their purchases of oaks products year over year by 15% or greater will be eligible for a draw conducted annually at the Spring Launch events.
• Sales must be over $200K for Dealers and over $75K for Contractors to participate.

Prize /Plateau

• Please inquire about our prizes and rewards to your Oaks sales Representative. An information package will be mailed to you shortly.

Administration

• Points can be carried over a 3 year period or used yearly.
• Dealers will receive a statement outlining their sales levels.
• Contractors must submit application form to their Dealer for approval.
• Proof of purchase is required; we need a statement from Dealers.
• Dealers need to provide a list of contractors using Oaks Products.
