Oaks provides a lifetime guarantee on the strength & structural integrity of its concrete products to the original purchaser of the product for residential use. Material installed using the Oaks installation guidelines that prove to be defective will be replaced without cost to the original owner. Colour matching and efflorescence cannot be guaranteed. Replacement labour and shipping is not included. Proof of purchase is required.
